Literature Review: Outpatient Satisfaction at Health Center During the Covid-19 Pandemic

Background: Satisfaction with various services is determined by the extent to which service providers provide best for their consumers, including health at puskesmas. Puskesmas as a first-level facility should satisfactory visitors. Satisfactory can lead loyalty visitors, thereby reducing use of illegal that endanger health. During this Covid-19 pandemic, puskesmas have differed in several procedures due adjustments pandemic policy. This difference thought an effect on patient satisfaction. Objectives: journal has aim knowing outpatient satisfaction Center during pandemic. Methods: The procedure research uses literature review approach using PRISMA flowchart. Collection references through online databases, namely Google Schoolar, ScienceDirect, Proquest, Wiley Online, Sage Publication and Media Neliti. keywords used search were Satisfaction, Outpatient Patients, Pandemic. Results: results showed varied positive negative responses regarding outpatients was influenced considerations suitability perception application technical control, administrative PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Another thing information about availability infrastructure facilities, attitudes workers, knowledge referrals perceptions affect age education level. Conclusions: relatively good, but there influencing factors personal protective equipment (PPE), infrastructure, patient's affects
